١. بالشط لي سكنٌ أفديه من سكنِ
أهدى من الآس لي غصنين في غصُنِ

2. So I said, since they were bent and intertwined
Being watered and grazed by a sublime fortune in both of you is beauty

٢. فقلت اذ نظما إلفين والتبسا
سقياً ورعياً لفألٍ فيكما حسنِ

3. Indeed the myrtle without doubt a myrtle of longing for us
A healer and myrtle for us that remains throughout time

٣. فالآس لا شكَّ آسٍ من تشوقنا
شافٍ وآسٍ لنا يبقى على الزمن

4. Good tidings, my wishes, of causes that will unite us
If my Lord wills, whatever He decrees will come to pass

٤. أبشر تُماني باسبابٍ ستجمعنا
ان شاء ربي ومهما يقضه يكنِ
