O stage of prayers and the Quran.

2. You have arrived, so my barren wilds shook,
and my heart and tongue plead for your bounty.

3. Ramadan, in your hands is the sweetest drink,
that the insides of the thirsty long for.

4. O mercy of the Merciful, O most pious of the pious,
come, so you can ignite the embers of faith.

5. For so long, misfortune had power over us,
and the accursed devil roamed freely.

6. Spread your light, O prince of our months,
and wipe with your grace the darkness of disobedience.

7. O glory of the days, before you
how much delight and affection lies in your bosom!

8. Your generosity flows in the fields of our passions,
so we remain clothed in guidance and safety.

9. O master of times, take this as a kiss
that rose to you on the fragrances of my fervor.
