1. The auspicious arrival of the king with good fortune and brilliance
Egypt loved his coming with prosperity, safety and bliss

2. And the light of Allah’s Messenger shone before him
As he strives for success going from here to there

3. And before the most High processions marched
For their awe Uthman yielded

4. It’s no wonder where the cub is, and he
Is a shining full moon fortified with dignity

5. And the land vied with the sky in decoration
Its lanterns extended eyes of flowers to it

6. So come let us gain the favor of treading
Whose efforts to the bliss of Tayba are appreciated

7. And congratulate him on this return to his countries
That gained might through him and civilization

8. And generously greet the herald that you may gain
What it contains for souls of richness

9. For this dear one has come to you crowned
With the crown of the most high from our Lord Prophet

10. And he gifted you what gladdens the chest so be guided
To composed and prose poetry of thanks and praise

11. And of his trip he brought more joy, so listen
To talk of the everlasting glory softly spoken

12. He visited the best of Prophets and gained what
He wished for in what was secret and open

13. And attained what he hopes so I said chronicling
“Sa’eed came from the glory of Tayba with wishes”
