And the Night of Power is but half of your blessed nights.

4. Muhammad, you are its protector, and I,
Ahmad the full moon, am here only to serve you.

5. Do not ask strangers about my love,
For my heart melts only at the thought of you.

6. You went to the royal court on our behalf,
And none in this sanctuary are loyal save your own.

7. You returned joyfully, never ceasing
To multiply in us the hopes of this world.

8. May you remain forever the pillar of glory, at peace,
While your envier perishes in bitterness and spite!

9. And may the tongues of safety never cease
To celebrate you, most joyful pillar of bliss!
