1. With the comfort of Sa'id, my father of glory
My brother of support, of sweet breath

2. Of pure spirits in times of joy
With the drinking of ease, not excess

3. From him is justice, reason is clothed
In robes of merit, the best attire

4. From him is clemency, ally of wisdom
Endowed with knowledge, brilliance of inspiration

5. So take the brave, O imagination
With the valiant, into captivity

6. And O warrior, block the fearless
When arrows strike shields

7. Thus War cried out, protectors of the caravan
They removed distress, from the guards

8. Thus the archers, shot arrows
With punishing fire, igniting foreheads

9. Thus the bridge, over the river
With it we flow, without anxiety

10. And in the fortress, the best construction
The eminent man, when laying foundations

11. And in the birth, of my father of bliss
Came fate, for good omens

12. So all spoke, in loud voice
For him is prosperity, people's joy

13. Prosperous is his resolve, glorious his wisdom
Dispelling doubts, from advisors

14. Prosperous his soldiers, fragrant his glory
Beloved of fortune, with inspiration

15. May God eternalize for Egypt his survival
So the Nile's bounty is without limit
