5. And the valiant Kurjis, its loyal allies
The bravest warriors upon the lands

6. The Awujans steadfast on earth
Renowned for their stance in times of war

7. The Zanj amidst the ranks, their men
Undaunted by facing legions of foes

8. The engineer succeeds in his endeavors
With the support of the exalted ruler

9. The famed Kaburji fortified on land and sea
Against the enemies' attacks

10. The coasts remain protected
By his defenses from invading fleets

11. The men of war, each of them
Weighs his counsel before engaging in fight

12. All gathered around the Dawari
Like pillars supporting a citadel in Egypt

13. In his auspicious castle we rejoice
For ages to come at his birth

14. For the birth that brought glory to Egypt
Above all other lands and realms

15. Especially in this year of ours
That witnessed the revival of the faith

16. With the circumcision of the cub of Dawari
He who became like a second chest to the sublime

17. With the circumcision of his eminence
Who found richness in altruism and humility

18. And with the miracle that abolished
Muhammad ibn Zahir's rituals and customs

19. And established its system in the universe
Of which no ear has heard nor eye seen before

20. The processions now move rhytmically
Like well-composed rows of pearls

21. The land now adorned like the sky
With stars sparkling with crowns

22. The gunpowder's explosions challenging the air
Like a raging thunderstorm

23. Sending a barrage of variable shaped lightning bolts
The acrobat mediating between them

24. Seeking ceasefire and harmony
And the regiments of the blessed army arranged

25. And deployed all over the vicinity
Their tents pitched on the widest plain

26. Under the shade of safety
The cloud of the emancipated chest hovered high

27. Above the rest on the pavilion
In front, the music master's voice rose high

28. And the instruments sang harmoniously
The oud, the qanun, and the melodious rebab

29. Each responding with the finest rhythms
The grandees and the scholars all vied

30. To fulfill the duties of a celebration
Elevating their status and taking pride

31. In positions gracing the throne
And praying to Almighty God

32. For the survival of the patron of nations
And the lasting of this cub, the apple of his eye

33. His companion in virtue and knowledge
The loyal kept kindling their thoughts for you

34. Seeking the most meaningful expressions
And the next day congratulated you on the circumcision

35. Of Tusun, his father honored him with khetan
