1. My time has gifted me in love with its benefits,

١. زَماني حَباني في الهَوى بِفَوائدِهْ
وَجيدي تَحلَّى في الغِنى بِفَرائدِهْ

٢. وَنِلت مِن الأَيّام ما كُنتُ أَرتَجي
بِطَلعة مَن يحيي مآثرَ تالده

٣. بِطَلعة مَخدومٍ جَمادى بِهِ غَدَت
بِمَصر رَبيعاً يَزدَهي بِمَوالده
4. And Majdi has already said in the birth, recording,

٤. وَقَد قال في الميلاد مَجدي مُؤرخاً
عَليٌّ رضا نجلٌ بَهيٌّ كَوالده
