1. When Jānfizā's environs
Were invaded by the army of destruction

2. And it suddenly descended upon her
Unsheathing swords and fully armed

3. And slew her physician
Before he could prepare

4. And made her drink the cup
Of death having sealed her fate

5. The sun at noon faded for her
And the moon eclipsed in grief

6. Chastity wept at her loss
Complaining, burdened by mourning

7. The heavenly maidens said to her
"Congratulations in the Abode of Recompense"

8. And there she was adorned
With eternity, Jānfizā's beauty
