1. The heights of glories in congratulations smile
And breaths of hopes' souls beam

2. And the night of the happy birthday, Muhammad
For it the bliss lifelong in Egypt serves

3. And how not, and from it the sixth of months advanced
A spring for us, wherein the mercies pour

4. So oh its beauty, what a night whose benefit spread
And overflowed on the homelands the generosities

5. And attained by it the promised what he did not win
For his delight in the pleasure of sleep, a dreamer

6. So its merit amidst the nights for its fortune
Over a thousand months in proofs, a scholar

7. And his existence, the happy one's, further merit bestowed
In it, and he a lion whose rain pours accumulated

8. So were it not for him, it would not be distinguished with lines of armies
Nor would it overcome the horrors of it valiant

9. And were it not for him, arrows would not be silenced nor would
Lances escape, nor would swords for speeches remorseful

10. And were it not for him, would not cast stones rifles
In an orchard atop it the destiny like an eagle vigilant

11. And were it not for him, would not shudder the enemy from cannons
Whose lightning from it the features vanish

12. And were it not for him, would not be built fortresses impregnable
Sa'idiya for the two climes to delight in

13. And were it not for him, would not be restored by the sword of justice
To its people despite the noses tyrannical wrongs

14. And does Mars in war aspire that it
Has for it if it prevails in its command a protector?

15. For it Allah has from a bold king supported
With obvious victory in the fray unsurmountable

16. So if his figure appeared to the heroes in war
The cowards among them would flee in disorder

17. And if he shouted amidst the massive throng
The foreigners and Arabs on earth would be felled

18. And if he besieged the sturdy fortress
Its towers and pillars would crumble at his awe

19. And he had made souls shudder before joining
Their specters, since the talismans about him furled

20. So he continues protecting Egypt’s realm with ambition
With which the peaks of glorious success determination climbs

21. Nor did the struggling son, his cub, cease
For him in his endeavors is success a companion

22. Nor did the joys in each birthday cease
In them for all worlds the banquets increase

23. And in it to him the glory daily records
Having adorned with the happy one’s birthday the seasons
