1. For the sincere human, joy on the feast
In the rising of an auspicious starry sky

2. In the rising of my days to him that
He enjoys a long life of serenity

3. And he wins in the kingdom which is his Lord
With the power of a mighty lion, vanquishing the contemptible

4. And rain pours from his generous hands to water
The lands of those near and far

5. And his state endures in Tunisia as long as
The meadows of glory and hills remain

6. O King who rules the lands
With the highest wisdom in matters, right

7. And excelled in relief, of good and of
Money and heroes to suppress the stubborn

8. And aided the Sultan of the age with ambition
In which the thoughts of every stalwart revolved

9. And by it his ministers followed in their resolve
With noble determination, breaking the unwilling

10. And they competed in what supports his command
With composure of an arranger and splendid

11. And they raced for the clear truth
With the swords of Antarah and Sheikh Zubaid

12. And they recited unto the supporters of Muhammad’s religion
Verses of imminent and renewed opening

13. So they prevailed over their enemies and made them drink
A cup of misery with cannon and steel

14. And they removed them from their land after
Grinding them in war, a harvest thresh

15. And the white banner in his homelands
Was hoisted for his state on every plateau

16. And gratitude for him increased in the Abode of the Caliphate
From masters, commons, and slaves

17. And his fame and loyalty’s goodness traveled
In every settled place, couriers racing

18. And justice for his people has praised his equity
In silent and vocal tongue of newborn and adult

19. You remain seated on the throne of the Imamate
Pardoning and overlooking scattered sins

20. No register has ever been adorned for so long
With unique praise poetry extolling you

21. Nor have the eloquent strived towards you
With eulogies shining with the best effort

22. Nor has a composer crooned in a gathering
With virtues for you chanted in ode

23. Nor has one loyal perfected in meanings
And brought what makes the saying of Labid forgettable

24. Nor has been honored by your reins the one who
Ascends by it in the cosmos, every unique one

25. Nor has Majdi said in congratulations record
