1. The prince's sword is renowned for defending what's right
And his efforts for good are always appreciated

2. He has so many great deeds, they can't be counted
In prose or verse, however hard books try to record them

3. And he has so much integrity, banners fly announcing it
Above the heads of the wise and renowned

4. O Ahmad of goodness, in your reins I have no fear
Of matters which deluded souls may scheme

5. How could time ever slight me on any side
When you make me victorious for all ages?

6. My hope in the end is for some of what's attributed
To your lofty self to reach me

7. You remain a refuge for me to resolve any dilemma
Which officials poorly comprehend
