1. From the wine jug of al-Bukri
Turn back and sip its pure drink

2. And take off the veils of the rosy-cheeked
Who in beauty are like the Houris of Paradise

3. Hover around the comely neighborhood
And descend upon it, for all who reside there are safe

4. And drive away the camels of others on your journey
If you wish to reach your beloved loosen the reins

5. Wear the clothes of love and wrap yourself in them
And boast, for this is true boasting, not vainglory
