1. My drink is nothing but the sweetness of the beloved
In the beloved is the light of my eye

2. Not in the cup, no, nor in
His poured clear cup

3. The face of my beloved has appeared to me in beauty
So his beauty shone

4. For the eye of eyes
So there is no mirror

5. Since he appeared to me, he removed the veils
With the wings of intimacy, the separation ceased

6. So take off, no shame in taking off a cup of shame
Of excuses, and say O eye

7. From the veil of virtue our cupbearer brought wine
Binding joy to me, smooth are its chains

8. And I have two cups
And rose water purity

9. With the wine of melodies and the tune of strings
And the melodies are my hearing

10. And in my meadows is the beauty of the gazelle
And the tender eyed gazelle

11. With the eyes and the delicate slender waist
When a gentle breeze bent his inclination

12. With that bend
Sweetened its meaning

13. The sun of the breeze, a full moon appeared shining
Clear are my cups of two lights

14. The light of the morning and the face of our cupbearer
And the sun of the breeze, not two

15. Where the singular eye revealed its brilliance
The equal when it appeared, none of its beauty remained

16. Except the eye
And the other it annihilated

17. There is nothing but Allah in the word, there is no god
Except Allah in the effacement of the eye

18. And other than Him of my charming Layla
Or named it and enchanted the eye

19. And all beauty and adornment, its mirror
Is a manifestation which appeared shaded

20. Over the where
And all is Allah

21. So remember the sober, and be with the state of intoxication in Him sober
To erase the debt

22. Do not listen to my nonsense, and be this meadow of pastures
Soothing to the eye

23. And they mean the brilliant, radiant, beautiful from the cleaver of dawn
Glorious is His majesty

24. In the two worlds
Blessed is Allah

25. From the breeze of the cup of Allah's prayer and salutations
For Taha the beauty

26. And every companion from His family and companions, with veneration
In the two abodes

27. He who aimed from an eye of glancing evil, a pour became accessible
So his union is honoured

28. In the two states
And praise be to Allah
