1. My prayers in absence are ever present,
Asking for your good fortunes and increase,

2. And the success of your every aim,
For my beloved Muhammed Bin Saadah

3. So peace be upon him from me, intertwining
With the finest greetings that lift the soul,

4. From him came to me a gentle letter,
Affirming his loyalty and affection

5. It recalls the longing in the heart of a lover,
Whose passion in love has torn his being,

6. God has decreed our separation,
And he accepts the decree submissively

7. Though our bodies may be distant, our souls
Remain connected in absence fruitfully,

8. And I hope we will reunite soon,
To see an end to this separation ultimately

9. So I ask you always to pray,
As prayers from us are a sacred duty,

10. And to all the brethren in every fold,
May loyalty and faith their lives imbue

11. May God grant them the light of fulfillment,
Revealed to them in fortunes concluding,
