١. يا من أراهُ الخير يكتُمُ ضِدَّهُ
خَدٌّ عليهِ من حَيَاءٍ رَوْنَقُ
2. Beware the wiles of a made-up damsel
For burning coals will ties asunder throw
٢. احذرْ مكايد وَجْنَةٍ محمَّرةٍ
فالجمر محمرُّ الغِلاَلَة مَحْرِقُ
