1. I have grown content with my affordable life that I seek healing in
When what I hope for is not affordable

2. And I have accepted a quietness in which I find stillness
Away from the degraded, abandoned world

3. And I have found peace despite intended, malicious harm
I attribute my state and fate to chance

4. Faults - I had no way to imagine them
I must accept them as the soul justifies with excuses

5. The wretched cities still make me feel lonely
To the point where I was accused due to my feelings and thoughts

6. I blamed their environment which does not suit me
Of difficult traditions and mythical rumors

7. Until I took refuge in a secluded hut
Charmed by all the specters that shudder

8. The countryside gifted me from the niceties of its paradise
Sanctuaries that were disturbed by the gloom of buildings

9. They wandered upon me yet did not deny my company
And I did not disturb them with hesitation and resentment

10. As if I, and the green prairies breathe life into me
With inspirations, were “Ibn Umran” at the mountain

11. It casts poems with my breath to gentle them
With kindness and breaks them from the violence of storms

12. And entertains with a collection of its masterpieces
Faithful to every rhymed and prose composition

13. Inspiration that reveals from words what the first lights
Of dawn sowed in them of signals

14. How much meaning nature lets slip
Through a lack of expressions in scripts

15. Its beauty through the warbling of birds
And the rustling of trees conveyed

16. Through the breeze and in the scent of flowers
And my residence is the nest of a bird built

17. Upon lush green drowned in shade and light
Pristine, smiling, storytelling

18. And the fountain of beauty burst in it
Of every wonderful purpose old and new

19. As if the eyes of poetry are lacking
In describing the subtleties of these images

20. So I do not blame it except comparatively
And do not encompass it except with appreciation

21. I found the most delightful encounter
Cutting off frogs in the melody of the nightingales

22. And the field appeared in its most splendid forms
A carpet of light over all corners spread

23. And the moon sent a ray of its beams
As if it were the claimant of the black nights

24. And the shore laughed from the brilliance of its predawn
As if it were pieces of flasks

25. And the moon picked out the garden whose crevices
Laughed showing mature fruits
