If not cured with wine's bliss

67. And the cups' melody, and the strings' song
And if mouths aren't sweetened with union

And if a refuge is not found

69. A protected refuge in violated sanctuary
It kills conscience, and wets the blood

And it dragged its animosity wherever it went

If not dropped with a caressing hand

Are performed ... and how debts are repaid

On swelled arms it is implied

If the hair is unkempt so it falls

And “feelings” of pretenses spoil

And a face ending in most ambiguity

A duty, and anything else is extra

Dawned so it cast the headscarf on you

80. And hugged you beneath the blushing wing
And found you sleeping, so it relaxed

81. On your fragrant, dreaming chest
You came “Paris” from a sleeping one

82. The whole world was sleeping
With its eyelid and its dreaming one

83. You came “Paris”, is there more
Than what you have, and is there something new

84. And what have you left this existence
To return to death, or to eternity

85. And to creatures, alike you repeat
Examples of your overflowing beauty
