١. مَغيبُكَ سَيفَ اللَهِ في غِمدِكَ الثَرى
دَليلٌ بِأَنَّ اللَهَ لا شَكَّ واحِدُ
2. For if conquest had made a hero immortal
Among peoples, none but you would have been immortal
٢. فَلَو أَنَّ فَذّاً خَلَدَتهُ فُتوحُهُ
لَما كانَ في الأَقوامِ إِلاكَ خالِدُ
