1. The guidance has lasted and Muhammad's religion has been honored
With the caliphate of the mighty King Muhammad

2. The Imam looked at the time and its people
Like a pouring rain cloud over the blossoming meadow

3. So he gifted them with Muhammad and the like of it
With a pledge by which Muhammad's religion is honored

4. And he saw that over his peers
He has the superiority of the doctor over all the afflicted

5. No doubt, though his years are few, his knowledge
And composure have deemed him as eminent

6. Verily though his years are few, yet he
Is from a source overflowing with the Most Mighty

7. And when the Commander of the Faithful chose him
It was enough honor for him, made everlasting
