1. Oh Allah grant victory to the state you reside in
Oh son of a crown, master of the art of rhetoric

2. Allah raised the status of this art when
They attributed it to this sublime station

3. Oh imam of rhetoric here you are, a crown
Above the prose of paronomasia and variation

4. The art of rhetoric before you was difficult
Recalcitrant, disobedient, and unyielding

5. So you brought together what was separated and resuscitated
The art of rhetoric after its recession

6. Increase ever more in ascent and rank, oh Son of Taj
By praising the Prophet Taha, the intercessor

7. Indeed, the rhetoricians all said
You are the sheikh of originating and branching out

8. How much rhetorical work have we seen, but
This one surpasses all in rhetoric

10. Oh student of rhetoric, take advantage of it
And reap from it the flowers of the season of spring

11. It is a sea of fresh eloquence
So admit and draw from an abundant pasture

12. He profits pearls from its essence
And spent his morning engrossed in its rhetoric

13. And he calls out to whoever desires to return
Oh brother of fervor, if only I could return

14. Leave the rhetoric of Ibn Hijjah, Ibn Hani
And Safi Al-Hilli and those groups

15. And contemplate and look at the rhetoric of Ibn Taj
You realize the difference between spans and fathoms

16. Take the rhetoric of Ibn Taj and leave what
Has been said, the despicable of rhetoric

17. And present it to unspoiled minds
Like the full moon at its emergence

18. A special blessing from Allah, a virtue
It is under his protection, an impregnable fortress

19. Gems he fashioned with the capacity of comprehension
And congruity of situations, excellent workmanship
