1. O son of the Messenger, your mother is Zahra the pure
I found you the hoped for, at times of affliction

2. And your brother is al-Hasan, the pleased martyr
Of pure morals and breath

3. And for the sanctity of your grandfather, sent
From the purest lineage, a mercy to people

4. Have mercy upon me, for I have a connection to you
Of love, built on the strongest foundation

5. And after God, you are the noblest master
Of generous morals and good roots

6. Far be it that one who hopes in you in the
Morning or calls you in distress be disappointed

7. O Lord, help through the one whom you have protected
From the darkness that assaults and from the sneak

8. The purest in creation, most generous in
Giving and mightiest in glorious nobility

9. So by him, the truthful, the differentiating and the two
Moons and two grandsons and al-‘Abbas

10. And his brother Hamza, then all the companions and
The honourable family, the masters of bounty

11. I call you, best of creation, hoping
For your approval, else after despair

12. And my hope that you do not disappoint one who purposefully
Seeks and bring aid to each hoper and console

13. May God bless you, Lord of the Throne, for as long
