1. He is the garden, the breeze of glory emanates from him
His body and soul are delighted by his fragrance

2. And a rain upon the flowers extended its floods
Parting from it made the branch green and the specter flourish

3. And a moon illuminated perplexities so his opinion
Is shining while his mind is weighty

4. Two oceans of determination and a legion accompany him
And the awe of spears and the wind take him forward

5. The master and most glorious accompany him in battles
And victory for him and openings protect him

6. His resolve does not diminish from his purpose
Even if one with weakness and inability admonishes

7. He sees honor in daring and glory in spears
And that reluctance in wars is ugly

8. His palm decreed abundant floods when it intended
Though the heavens are stingy in pouring

9. He came and the enemy of religion, his dogs scattered
And no doubt the dog of apostates is barking

10. And it intended entering the abode of peace
Can an untamed camel be restrained from goring?

11. If its guardians and troops are absent from it
It has strong arms that can fend and strike

12. The brother of war, bold leader of armies, its defender
Suleiman, aspiring to good mention

13. The offspring of Abdullah, the best vanguard
When the appearance is sound, the analogy is correct

14. Through him the she-camels of honor went forth
So its birds on the day of pride chirped

15. And without him the horsemen of death are exposed
Wearing armor for fighting and wiping out

16. No fault in them except their swords
With which the blood of oath-breakers flows

17. When their shotguns roar from them
The bricks echo back a ringing sound

18. He quenched them with heated wine so the spears
Roar and the bricks proclaim victory

19. And when you ignited a flame for the people
The birds in the sky were scattered by it

20. They turned red and fled the palaces which
Every flood of spears from its channels wounded

21. And they retreated routed because they are
Cowardly when the struggle intensifies, screaming

22. Evil spirits met them from Allah piercing
Its fire will kindle upon them and roar

23. Contrasting traits gathered in him so his nature
Is lofty while his sword is firm

24. He has a steed of clemency and pardon but
In battle he is stingy

25. The fragrance of ministry flowed to him from a
Father and the musk of the righteous emanates from him

26. They have a brilliant lineage in ministry
He has strong support among the elites

27. So welcome, greetings and hello to the master
Who aspires to the most high and desires

28. Do not leave any land defiant and rebellious
For you are Solomon and your grandfather is Noah

29. You rode the most noble vehicle
Every heart is infatuated with it

30. And you exceeded peers in status and elevation
While others are deficient and you decisive

31. You gained the wisdom of the trusted while Allah is witness
That you are secure, advising sincerely

32. His sublime order came to you protecting
Baghdad, an explicit text in your supremacy

33. So you hastened without any hesitation or delay
While you are lofty in what your hands grasp

34. And you marched like the two lights with an army
The horizons of earth bow to it and wave

35. When your fierce lions spring forth from you
Tearing apart the deceiver who melted away

36. You, O descendants of the majestic, have precedents
Recited to us by non-Arabs and eloquent Arabs

37. With them you wrote the scrolls of existence because you are
Firm pillars on the tablet of sublimity and explanations

38. So take it, minister of justice, as for its taste
It is sweet and its presentation pleasant

39. It has noble lineage among Arabs so its nature
Is gentle while its words correct

40. So live forever, your minaret exalted, supported
While your foe is slain, his heart butchered
