It cleaved the air, and claimed the sky,
١. وسهْمِ فَوَّارَة انْبَعَثَتْ
غادَرَتِ الجَوَّ يَحْتَذِي أَرْضَهْ
2. As though some tent begemmed it were
With silver columns planted there.
٢. كأَنها خَيْمَةٌ مُكَلَّلًةٌ
عَمُودُها من سبائِكِ الفِضَّهْ
