1. O monk, you have increased in wisdom
In God, transcending the blindness of the masses
١. يا راهباً قد زاد فينا حكمةً
في اللَه جلَّت عن عَماء العامي
2. Do not feign ignorance
For the feigned blindness of the pretender is worse than the blindness of the blind
٢. لا تجهلنْ متعامياً فلإنه
شرٌّ من الأعمى عَمَى المتعامي
