1. He who is not satisfied with his faith
Except with what he truly sees and is told
١. قد ضل من لم يرض في إيمانه
إلا الذي حقّاً يراه ويُخبِرُ
2. Since He is All Powerful, yet He does nothing
Other than what we know He is unable to do
٢. إذ كان مقتدراً ولم يصنع سوى
ما نحن ندري كان من لا يقدرُ
3. So the true believer willingly submits his intellect
To believe what is not apparent
٣. فالمؤمن الشرعي يُخضعُ عقلَه
طوعاً إلى تصديق ما لا يظهرُ
