1. You ascended into the highest, O best worshipper,
Not like Elijah the prophet, nor Paulus,
١. صعدتِ إلى العلياءِ يا خيرَ كاعبٍ
وليس كإيليّا النبيِّ وبُولُسِ
2. You ascended with the glories of all the angels,
To a supreme council, loftier than any council.
٢. صعدت بأمجاد الملائك كلهم
إلى ملجسٍ قد جل عن كل مجلس
