Yet lacks in faith and conscience, being blind

3. A parrot speaks, but is no sage
The rest of it is form and fantasy combined

4. So though the parrot speaks, it lacks a rational mind
Nor can its shape make it a human kind

5. This is the premise of its inner nature
Whose conclusion, praise to God, is animal-kind

6. Reverse it, and you'll find the inverse is true
The conclusion, God knows best, is Satan's kind
