1. Refrain, O wicked monk, from doubling
The pleasure which nations have sunk into its depths

2. Indeed the Jews were ruined by their wickedness
And for a pleasure, Adam stumbled and slipped

3. So evil is their child, so beware
For they are the root of evils and these two are its emblems
