1. O you who gave life through the Resurrection,
your religion and I urge me to praise you greatly.

2. You are the Messiah who was once buried,
stained with blood in the pool of decay.

3. And on the third day you rose resurrected,
while death itself was buried by the grave.

4. Gabriel was girded with the robes of victory
proclaiming your rising through this mission.

5. After him, the voice of Michael delights me,
bringing good tidings of the kingdom and inheritance.

6. They herald that Jesus has risen and saw
no corruption, this is the place of rest.

7. The faces of the unbelievers darkened when
the Resurrection destroyed them with dispersion.

8. While the faces of the faithful were adorned with joy
as the envious experienced ruin and misery.

9. For your day brings joy to the faithful
yet grieved the misguided without search.

10. Your lightning bolts shine radiantly
when you cast out the notorious rebel.

11. You repel him with meteors coming from you,
damned be he who denies God’s right through wickedness.

12. Say, no enemies can come near a tomb,
how can the sacred and the impure gather?

13. O you who foolishly broke God’s covenant,
how do you defile the new covenant with rot?

14. O party who rebelled as God forsook them,
the Jews, how long will you remain in languish?

15. This God who saved you through the crucifixion,
you gave Him water of sorrow and misery.

16. They traversed the depths of death that was tumultuous,
as if death in it was seeking inheritance.

17. From every doubter they became drunk on his blood,
crawling about under the white tents in refuge.

18. God destroyed them in a sea for your sake,
through which you walked like plovers in the marshland.

19. He protected you then in the desert encircled you,
and protected you from the harm of insects and fatigue.

20. He shaded you with clouds that guarded you
during exile, and held back the winds from gusting.

21. He guided you with pillars of light in the darkness,
as the heavily shadowed night gathered in clusters.

22. He made your enemies flee around you like a flock,
and empowered your swords with sharpness and strength.

23. Then you conquered their land and their kingdom through Him,
and possessed it, broadening the realm of your territory.

24. This is the reward of He who bore your tribulation,
in body and soul, by providing manna and quails.

25. O God, O God, protect us from their misguidance
through Mary, for she is guidance in the Resurrection.

26. She is gladdened to see her children forever
appear like flowers, beautiful of growth andfresh.

27. They spend their days in the service of tilling her land,
as the earth yields the fruits of righteousness through labor.

28. God quenched you with the rivers of her blessings,
and enriched you, beyond need for gleaning.

29. Leave aside the enemy who turns you from her,
for the Lord of Love is not content with fragments.
