1. God endowed Mary with a grace from His might
Making her the mother of her Lord
١. قد خصص اللَهُ مريمْ عند قدرته
بنعمةٍ صيرتها أمَّ مولاها
2. And that is the greatest rank in the cosmos
Through which she attained the most sublime grace
٢. وتلك أعظم ما في الكون من رتبٍ
حازت بها أوَّلَ النعمى وأقصاها
