1. I congratulate you, O son of the most generous and purest,
And descendant of kings, light of those who desire,

2. On the return of Eid al-Fitr, still coming back
To provide you with wealth and gifts.

3. And all people congratulate that you are safe
And delight in what you have been given of merits.

4. You remain protected and victorious,
Over all who opposed you from every side.

5. And you still steal the hearts of all,
And every affectionate in the most calamitous of tribulations.

6. You remain a cloak for the sublime, and a helper
For the dispossessed, and a name for the usurper.

7. Your enemy is depressed, and your critic perishes,
And your adversary is abandoned with a disappointing deal.

8. For you are a sword, O son of our Sultan's sword,
And your grandfather is a sword, you are the sword of conquerors.

9. Your justice is witnessed, your fortune rising,
And your might is mentioned by every victor.

10. Your effort is appreciated, your heart steadfast,
And your gain is the best of gains in the highest heaven.

11. Your house is firmly established and your zeal shining bright,
And reaching you is like stars trailing.

12. Today I am in prosperity and grace from you,
And the most luxurious life in the highest positions.

13. And I serve you as long as I live striving,
With a sound and pure heart, not wavering.

14. So live well in bliss and pleasure,
And everlasting kingdom, steady, not moving.

15. And pray upon the best of mankind Muhammad,
God of creation, as long as each striver strives.
