1. Peace and greetings, a thousand welcomes
Kind affection, time cannot trouble it

2. Fond memories of one so gracious
Doing favors, poets sing of them

3. Lavish praise in meanings like
Necklaces of pearls containing gems

4. For a maiden, fourteen years in age
Her fingers like, graceful and slender

5. I extol the virtuous, of noble descent
Mohammed the protector, strong and stern

6. May seeing him bring you joy, his counsel guide you
In hard times, he comforts with kindness

7. If you doubt what I describe
Ask any traveler, they confirm the truth

8. I will praise him as long as I live, and if I die
No blame, if he joins me in the grave

9. I've no wealth to reward him
But will pray his life be long

10. And bless the best of humanity, Ahmad
Intercessor of mankind, his is dominion and command

11. Endless blessings upon him, no poem or prose
Can capture, no words fully extol
