The toil of traveling and exile of the expatriate

2. So your thoughts may travel through the countries
While your body remains still, unmoved

3. Praise be to Allah, its wise originator
Who gladdened hearts with His sweet elucidation

4. Granting you a clear mirror of the lands
In which you see the veiled unveiled

5. As if He had transported the lands to you
Or you moved to the lands of the Maghreb
