1. You are my only reliance, O Eternal One
A servant has triumphed over his Master upon whom he depends

2. You are the Subtle, the All-Aware, the One called upon for help
In times of adversity, and from You comes aid and support

3. When the turns of days become entangled
Then through Your kindness, the knots come undone

4. If one does not have provisions laid up for himself
Then neither hoard nor store will avail him

5. O One, none has ever matched You
Apart from You, in all matters, I have no one

6. If one seeking refuge does not extend his hand to You
Then to whom in existence can a hand be extended?

7. You are the All Powerful, in Whose hand are the celestial spheres
They fold away and by Him the mountains of the earth tremble

8. Glory be to You, God, Lord without partner
In dominion, and He is the One, the Eternal

9. The heavens and the world glorify You
And all females have given birth and will give birth

10. You are the Bountiful, whose kindness is a pillar
For every weak servant who has no pillar

11. If one day the servant becomes distanced from You
Then surely Your forbearance does not distance from him

12. You are the Helper for us in every calamity
Patience and steadfastness cannot be mustered for it

13. If we desire other than Your refuge, we do not see
And if we seek other than Your bounty, we do not find

14. O You Who brings death and gives life to every corporeal being
You are life, and from You comes spirit and body

15. If You grant victory, what can enemies do?
And if You bestow, what can envy accomplish?

16. You are the One Who facilitates in word and deed
And from Your care comes success and right guidance

17. So make that which we aspire to from You pillars
O You Who constructed a sky without pillars

18. O Possessor of dominion, grant me forgiveness from You
To erase sins that number has not counted

19. You have promised forgiveness for those who repent
And You do not break Your promise when You make it
