1. When you sit in a group, follow
The path of righteousness and be sincere.

2. Befriend the generous and avoid the foolish,
Reconcile with those who obey and seize those who disobey.

3. Investigate to learn the unseen truths,
For prudence requires you examine.

4. Do not leave a transgressor remain,
As the wicked are slaves of the stick.

5. If truth is hidden, be patient for it
And hasten to it when it peeks.

6. Sincerely devote yourself to your Lord in all
That you intend, and you will find Him sincere.

7. For this life is but a fleeting illusion,
A shadow that recedes when the sun angles.
