1. My messenger came to you apologizing on my behalf
His apology is sweeter than the juice of fruits

2. As if drawing honey from his words
And borrowing the scent of musk from him

3. His body pleases the eye like water
The garment of air became his banner

4. Had I not been satiated by him
I would have taken him as a healing potion

5. I sent him though had I offered myself to you
It would have been too little of my duty
