1. Your approval before purification is purifying for us,
And your nearness without incense is perfuming.

2. So if a dove cooed, we would kindle embers
With water overflowing with dew.

3. And if there were no perfume, tenderness would suffice,
Our state clinging to it and scented.

4. So neither sacred glory parted from the world
By your life in it, nor praise kindled.

5. And you remain, every morning greeted
With good tidings of openings coming to you.
