1. Do not call me, for I do not follow you
I am not of you, neither is my saddle nor my bell
١. لا تَدعُوَنّي فَإِنّي غَيرُ تابِعُكُم
لا أَنا مِنكُم وَلا حِسّي وَلا جَرَسي
2. And I'll never be like one who mounts his belongings
On a donkey, and leaves empty the stallion's saddle
٢. وَلَن أَكونَ كَمَن أَلقى رِحالَتَهُ
عَلى الحِمارِ وَخَلّى صَهوَةَ الفَرَسِ
