1. I see the wind blowing by Your power, O Creator
And I know it has no ally or rival

2. And I know the eras it has passed through our time
And what it has stirred of the fluttering heart

3. By Allah, it has no command to set in motion
But rather the stirring is from You in harmony

4. And from You comes that which stills it completely
You moved some while some clung together

5. You send all the clouds running
And send us provisions from them as Sustainer

6. You run the darkness as You desire
And illuminate it with lights, blessings and affinity

7. You give abundantly out of grace
And restrain evils from those of hypocrisy

8. You know all that is on land and sea
And all that is on the Throne and in the bed steadfast

9. You know what lies between all and beneath
And above, each and every towering

10. You know what flaws I have
So fulfill my purpose with that which is pleasant
