When horses neigh over what they carried

5. We were obedient to your hands, O Ibn Hind
By us did you shoot your arrows wherever you aimed

6. You will know when enemies differ
Who defended your mouth if they charge

7. And who takes on wars with raging fires
Destroying every building they erected

8. When ninety thousand came to them
Grim-faced, attacking or defended
