7. I spent days in that land
And that era and that time.

8. When union was undisturbed and loyalty was expensive
And that sincerity in love had no defect.

9. When will I see your fortune, my master,
Rise to the stars, O you of high station?

10. Perhaps the Wise, the Just in His command,
The Merciful, the Compensator,

11. Disposer of affairs as He wills
In each day, commanding and determining,

12. Will ordain for us to reunite after separation.
How I wish to see you in person!

13. And continue seeking knowledge to ascend on high
Until you take the lead on Judgment Day.
