1. The time of intimacy, whenever it passes
Its return is deficient

2. So take advantage of your prime of life
For it is fleeting

3. I dispel cares with wine
And cover the dust of the ground

4. From suns that alighted in veils
From the eyes of all

5. It is a treasure of pure gold
Stripped of covering

6. How many poor came upon a promise
In which he acts

7. And stern warning is known
To him who hoards

8. Dawn smiled the smile of the east
So darkness was amazed

9. And the horizon sparkled
With the lightning of clouds

10. And the leaves were revealed
Pearls of jasmine flowers

11. And for the army of morning in the horizon
A flag is planted

12. And the horses of clouds with lightning
Are never blunted

13. And the branches' candles rest
For the gentle breeze's arrival

14. And the meadow's fragrance blows
Like the generous youth

15. And greeting the morning exults
In handsome beauty

16. And the pigeon's suitor on the branch
Flowing, concise

17. Denying sleep, he is in reproach
Articulate, ambiguous

18. The full moon has power over people
Of upright approach

19. You see not in the wine-cup
Or the drinking companions

20. Talk of love and the goblet
In olden times

21. They developed the page of every anthology
And with it they decorated

22. Do not permit in the canon of grace
Other than what they sanctioned

23. Stop at the threshold of magnificent eulogies
To the Imam of guidance

24. Yusuf, cream of rule
Rain of the horizon’s light

25. To his ancestors, the victorious Nasr
In fighting enemies
