1. The sun of the faith, pride of kings,
Pearl of the necklace, exemplar of conduct,
١. إِنَّ شَمْسَ الدِّينِ فّخْرَ الْمُلُوكْ
دُرَّةَ الْعِقْدِ وَوُسْطَى السُّلُوكْ
2. When that hand clasped us lovingly, we said:
"You are the sun of the faith for the afflicted."
٢. دَلَكَ الْكَفَّ بِحِنَّاءٍ فَقُلْنَا
أَنْتَ شَمْسُ الدِّينِ عِنْدَ الدُّلُوكْ
