١. وقالوا حَكى الزُّرْزورَ لوْناً وخفّةً
وصَوْتاً ونَفْعاً منْ شَكايا خَفِيّةِ
2. So I said to it or what I was ignorant of:
I grew this beard for this sparrow.
٢. فقُلْتُ لِهذا أوْ لِما قدْ جَهِلْتُمُ
نَصَبْتُ لِذا الزُّرزورِ سُبِّيطَ لِحْيَتي
