1. The emirate is like the sky
And the face of Amir Abu al-Walid is its crescent
١. إِنَّ الإِمَارَةَ كَالسَّمَاءِ وَإِنَّمَا
وَجْهُ الأَمِيرِ أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ هِلاَلُهَا
2. The sword is a lightning whenever the battle rages
And I am the galaxy and the stars are its men
٢. السَّيْفُ بَرْقٌ كُلَّمَا احْتَدَمَ الْوَغَى
وَأَنَا الْمُجَرَّةُ وَالنُّجُومُ رِجَالُهَا
