1. I am a vessel overflowing with the days
In my wonders the minds grew weary
١. أَنَا طَاقُ تَزْهُو بِيَ الأَيَّامُ
تَعِبَتْ فِي بَدَائِعِي الأَفْهَامُ
2. And I appeared to onlookers red
Like a jug in me is a prayer leader
٢. وَتَبَدَّيْتُ لِلنَّوَاظِرِ مِحْرَا
باً كَأَنَّ الإِنَاءَ فِيَّ إِمَامُ
3. Standing for prayer until when you came
To drink, from it came greetings
٣. وَاقِفٌ لِلصَّلاةِ حَتَّى إِذَا مَا
جِئْتَ للِشُّرْبِ حَانَ مِنْهُ سَلاَمُ
