1. The night swore three oaths
That it does not fear to swear such oaths

2. You are the one who cares for the birth of the one who
Rose with the religion of God and the truth among us

3. God's mercy, God's proof, God's light
His clear and manifest proof

4. From you have appeared secrets of love
That combined the perfection of this world and religion

5. You added for the Muslims in time a second feast
O expected one of the Muslims

6. A night whose robe held Amina
In its pure wing the trusted Prophet

7. None but you mentioned it though ages passed
And time's conclusion became a time

8. Thus does God hoard sublime traits
Thus do ancestors congratulate their sons

9. So await O Muhammad praise and help manifest
And a clear victory after it

10. And when you call upon God, God is
In the like of it the strong and helping one
