1. My hopes, take them, a daughter of my thoughts has vanished
I confided in her and her improvisation went astray

2. And whoever is amazed by the structure of my mind
Comes a day whose burden and unloading are hers

3. Fulfill your promise of kindness and know that
His actions accompany the words of the generous

4. And if you are generous to me one day, make mention of my rank
For the likes of me are noteworthy to you when I pass away

5. You have undertaken to be generous with me at the start and return
And you have adorned me with honor befitting its beauty

6. And you have supported me while time is a challenging partner
So the Merciful has supported you, transcendent is His majesty
