1. Good fortune is your army and destiny your guide
And God guarantees you noble victory

2. So when you are determined, you attain all obstacles
And when you see the way, no weariness makes you fall

3. The High One testified you are its Lord
And the religion that you are its drawn sword

4. And generosity that you are its life-giving rain
This and every witness is accepted

5. The truth makes any witness's testimony redundant
How does one seek proof of the dawn?

6. Whoever seeks your protection, his refuge grows mighty
And the mighty people who disobeyed you became abased

7. And if you applied politics in the lands
One day, justice has no deviation from you

8. And if you avoid favoritism and injustice
With you, a mile or a league are equal

9. And if you sought help from fate and implored it
Obedience and acceptance of your command would appear

10. And squadrons came from the darkness of night
And in the morning, spears and warriors

11. You intended jihad in God and often
Your acceptable jihad pleased the God

12. And you disdained for the upright religion and its people
That its entirety should suffer defeat

13. And you lit the spark of a victorious resolve
Leaving the lands of disbelief while they are desolate

14. And you took the path of piety pioneered
By the King of Kings, your father Ishmael

15. And you returned, and noble victory accompanied you
And the noble angels were your tribe

16. With an army so numerous, it's as if its groups
Above the valleys, when marching, are floods

17. Like the sea, except they are brigades
And the wind, except they are horses

18. And lightning, except they are spears
And thunder, except they are drums

19. In every sea, a banner is hoisted
And in every valley, a tribe and caravan

20. The opening of the Bani Bishr was the beginning
The cause of good tidings, thereafter, was continual

21. It gladdened with its occurrence, and indeed
It is news heavy on the enemy’s hearing

22. Then you climbed the mountain pass which
Is a dwelling for misguidance and its convergence

23. And you threw it with a victorious resolve
Almost making the peaks of the highlands collapse

24. A citadel appeared on a lofty dais
Arrogantly adorned, its crown the crown

25. And a place of glory, challenging the stars
To gain entry to what its path enclosed

26. Towering, its pillars unassailable
The glance bounces back from it, abased

27. You deafened its ear with the arrow of resolve
Leaving the impregnable citadel abased

28. The last cup of doom circulated upon its supervisors
The inebriating cup overflowing with fullness

29. Then you turned back, the spears receiving
Spoils from what you raided, and the swords streaming

30. Leaving the clouds of plague in their horizons
Ascending, and the rivers of swords pouring

31. Let not the Romans be fooled by their filling it
Destiny revolves, and the days of war alternate

32. And the resolve is burning in its sheath, its blade
Sharpened, polished, and bare

33. And even if they filled the plain thickly
Indeed, the many with misguidance are few

34. And if one takes the cross as his ally
Instead of God, then he is forsaken

35. Who is like Joseph among kings when
Morning comes adorned with its ancient bounty?

36. His face radiant and frown destitute
Large-handed and the clouds being stingy

37. A full moon yet no halo except the troop
A lion yet no mane except the spears

38. Of a happy, victorious family
That God and the Revelation extolled

39. For God, from a great victory its extent
Grown by glorious ancestry among kings

40. A debt on time you sought to repay
Easy to attain yet it was stingy

41. The days dressed themselves in the adornment of beauty
And it embellished upon generations this generation

42. So congratulations on the attached victories, for they
Are a tradition that has no change
