1. My strength has failed me on the path of Shati
And my robe has whirled about my suffering
١. وهَتْ منّي القُوى بطَريقِ شاطِ
ودارَ على تألُّمي الإزارُ
2. So may God not ordain the pilgrimage of Shati
When the pilgrimage sweeps over it
٢. فلا سنّى الإلاهُ مَزارَ شاطٍ
إذا ما شاطَ شطَّ بِها المَزارُ
